PARKING AND ARRIVAL

What’s the process for vehicle check-in?

All vehicles must check in at the designated entrance before entering the festival grounds.

  • Parking for all attendees will cost $25.03 for a single day or $47.48 for the entire weekend (after taxes)
  • Every ticket includes general tent camping, but a parking pass is required for all vehicles unless you’ve purchased a Car Camping, Quiet Car Camping, RV, or Glamping upgrade.
  • There will be designated parking and camping areas — general campers cannot camp in or next to their vehicles.

  • Re-entry is allowed at no cost during hours of operation.  

  • There is a re-entry fee outside of standard hours: TBD

No. Once your vehicle is placed in the car camping area, it cannot be moved.

General campers will unload from the general parking area and walk their gear to their designated camping spot.

We strongly encourage friends or groups to arrive together to ensure camping spots near each other.

CAMPING

Is camping included with my ticket?

Yes, we are excited to share that General Camping is included with your pass! Camping upgrades are available for purchase.

  • No cars are allowed in General Camping. 
  • You can only park your car next to your campsite if you have Car Camping, RV Camping, or Glamping.  Your vehicle must fit within the designated space.

All spots are first-come, first-served. Changing spots after setup is not allowed unless cleared by festival staff.

General Camping is approx. 15×15 ft. Car Camping is approx. 20×20 ft.

Yes, a limited number of RV upgrades and glamping packages are available here.

  • There are no showers available on-site. We recommend bringing your own — affordable and easy-to-use camping shower options can be found online/Amazon!
  • There will be multiple porta potties stationed in the camping areas and throughout the festival grounds.

Be respectful of your neighbors. Better yet, become friends with your neighbors.

Open flames are not allowed. Camping stoves are permitted.

GENERAL RULES

What is the age requirement for Beyond Existence?

Beyond Existence is strictly an 18+ event. Valid government-issued ID required at the gate. No minors allowed.

  • This is a rain or shine event.  In the case of severe weather, patrons will be directed to seek shelter in their vehicles until the weather has passed and we are cleared to resume operations.  
  • No ticket refunds.

The event takes place on a wildlife preserve. DO NOT TOUCH THE ANIMALS. Respect the land, animals, and ecosystem.

This is a Leave No Trace event—pick up all trash before departure.

No pets are allowed. Only ADA-compliant service animals are permitted, and animals are not allowed near any stage areas.

A reasonable amount of alcohol is allowed in the campground. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol in the campgrounds and venue grounds.

We strongly encourage bringing reusable bottles. Hydration stations are available all weekend.

No. Illegal activities or substances are strictly prohibited.

Violence, harassment, and all forms of disrespect towards staff, security, or other attendees will NOT BE TOLERATED. We reserve the right to remove any attendee from the event at any time.

  • We will sell exclusive Beyond Existence merchandise until we run out!
  • Select artist merch will also be available for purchase.
  • Yes, we will have a medical station on site with licensed EMS personnel as well as Beyond Existence ground control to ensure the safety of our attendees by responding quickly to any potential medical situations. We encourage you all to take care of yourself and your friends as well.  If you see something, say something.

  • Lost & found will be located at our Box Office. Please refer to the festival hours section for hours of operation.
